My background in industrial and digital product design means I don’t start with screens. I think in systems, behaviours, and physical context before interface. I’ve worked on products where design decisions affect manufacturing, safety, operations, and long-term reliability, which has shaped a pragmatic, end-to-end approach to problem solving.
This perspective helps me design products that hold up beyond launch and work as part of larger, connected systems.
The back story
I started my career in industrial and physical product design, where constraints were tangible and decisions had real-world consequences. Over time, my work evolved into digital product design, bringing the same systems thinking, attention to detail, and respect for constraints into software.
This background is why I naturally gravitate toward complex, regulated environments where structure, clarity, and trust are essential.
I lead through calm communication, structure, and alignment. I focus on creating shared understanding across disciplines and helping teams make confident decisions under pressure.
I'm often brought in when things feel messy to introduce clarity, align stakeholders, and help teams move forward with confidence rather than perfection.
